Hugo works with a network of 500+ partner vets across Australia, but we also offer reimbursement options for visits to non-partner vets. We believe you should have the freedom to choose your pet's healthcare provider.

Hugo focuses on preventive and wellness care. Pre-existing conditions, emergency surgeries, and specialist treatments aren't covered under our membership. However, our 24/7 vet team can help you navigate these situations and find the best care options.

Yes! Hugo is flexible. You can cancel your membership anytime with no penalty. If you cancel mid-cycle, we'll prorate your remaining balance. We're confident you'll love Hugo, but we never want you to feel locked in.
